When Are Appointments Available? Our scheduling philosophy is one of flexibility. When you hurt, you need us now, not later. Initial evaluations generally can be scheduled within 24 hours. Our office hours reflect your busy lifestyle. We can schedule appointments from 7 AM until 7 PM Monday through Friday and 7:30 AM to 12 PM on Saturdays to accommodate before school/work and after school/work hours. Will Insurance Cover My Visits? At Physical Therapy Solutions, we participate in many health care plans. You can view our list of insurance plans. This list summarizes the larger plans in the Richmond area. We accept a variety of smaller plans and are adding new plans daily. Additionally, we offer a variety of flexible self-pay and payment plan options. We understand that your injury may have a profound impact on your finances and are committed to finding a way to help you in a cost effective manor. Some insurance plans may require that you get authorization from them before you visit us. Since this varies by plan and can be quite confusing, and sometimes overwhelming, please allow our staff to assist you. We do, however, encourage you to take an active role and share communication you receive from your insurance company with us. It is our goal that there be no "surprises" when it comes to the financial side of healthcare. What Do I Need to Bring to My First Visit? You will need to complete a patient information form before your first visit with us. If possible, please complete this form in advance. If you are not able to complete the form in advance, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. You should also bring a copy of your prescription your physician gave you as well as a driver's license and your insurance cards. What Should I Wear to My Visit? Comfortable, loose clothing and athletic shoes. For women with shoulder or back problems, a tank-top or sports bra under your t-shirt would be ideal. For hip/knee and ankle issues, shorts are encouraged. |
